Drawing and writing with the non dominant hand (NDH) is a great way to explore, expand and unleash our creative potential. No previous artistic skill is necessary.
In the sessions we’ll be working with the NDH and Blind Continuous Contour Drawing which is a very simple way to still the mind and be present, indeed some may find it like a creative form of meditation. We’ll be recording only our impressions and experience of what’s here right now, rather than what we think we know is here and be covering different genres such as portraits, life drawing and landscapes as well as exploring simple techniques and materials which can all easily be used with the NDH.

When we were little, how many of us thought we were here to do something special? How many of us had big dreams of what we’d be when we grew up such as a rocket scientist, an inspirational world leader, a film star, an olympic athlete, an eco warrior saving the planet, a famous artist or singer of songs. How many of us feel now as adults that we’ve still not quite discovered that special something; that we still don’t know exactly who we really are or what we’re here to do, that there’s something missing from our lives?
This seemingly simple one day workshop can help to reveal the answers from deep within ourselves and begin a process of discovery. By making Visioning Collages we can create a picture of our highest dreams, desires and potentials. By simply letting go of listening to the repetitive and often limiting thoughts of the mind that say we can’t have or we’re not good enough or we don’t deserve we can access a wiser intuitive part of ourselves that knows exactly who we are and what we truly want!

No artistic or creative experience is required
When we go beyond our ordinary thinking level of the mind; when we choose to no longer be at the mercy of the voice that sometimes tell us we're doing great and sometimes tells us there's something wrong; then we get to discover the magic of life. We become present. We get to see that nothing in our lives has to change in order for us to experience peace right now in this moment and that our true nature is actually one of love and joy.
Come along to this relaxing and life changing weekend and learn 4 simple mechanical techniques based on Praise, Gratitude, Love and Compassion that don’t have to be believed in to work, yet enable us to live the life our hearts have always desired. This is not a religion or abelief system. The techniques can be used with the eyes open or closed which means we can use them as we go about our daily lives such as at work, driving and talking to people, as well as in a more quiet mediative environment. By simply resting our attention on the techniques and the still silent space they take us to, we can experience greater health, transform relationships, feel more connected to the world around us, expand consciousness, reduce stress, have more clarity and intuition and greatly increase our enjoyment of life. The techniques bring us back to this moment, enabling us to be here right now, no longer caught up in either past or future thoughts, no longer listening to our old stories, beliefs and positions that has kept us small and limited for so long.
Come and be gently reminded of the way back home to the part of you that is infinite and eternal, that was never born and can never die, the part of you that is awesome, magnificent and whole! The part of you that is free!
“Life is meant to be lived in Joy …any other life is utterly missing the point of being born a human!” MSI
